The origin story

Built at the intersection of cloud engineering and faith

This project was born from a simple frustration: there's incredible Christian content being published every single day — sermons that shift perspectives, devotionals that meet you where you are, articles that wrestle with hard questions — but it's scattered across dozens of websites, YouTube channels, and podcast feeds.

As a cloud solutions architect, the solution felt obvious. Build an intelligent pipeline that pulls from the best sources automatically, scores content for quality, tags it by topic, and serves it in one clean daily feed. No algorithms chasing engagement. No clickbait. Just the best the Christian web has to offer, refreshed every morning.

The Gospel Feed is what happens when technical infrastructure meets a heart for the global church.

How it works

Automated curation, human accountability

Every morning at 6 AM, our system fetches the latest content from over 15 trusted RSS feeds and YouTube channels. Each article is scored on four dimensions: recency, source reputation, title quality, and content depth. The top articles are auto-tagged by topic — Faith, Marriage, Leadership, Grief, Youth, Sermons, Devotionals — and published to the daily feed.

The editor's pick is the highest-scoring article of the day, selected algorithmically but always reviewed by a human eye. We believe curation should be intelligent, but never impersonal.

When you click any article, you go directly to the original source — Desiring God, The Gospel Coalition, Christianity Today, and others. We send them traffic, not take it. This platform is a gateway, not a gatekeeper.
